Japan's Honda Engine intends to introduce six cutting edge electric vehicle (EV) models marked Ye in China by 2027, the automaker added. It also added that it also proposed to carry out a sum of 10 Honda-brand EV models in China by 2027 in the competition to guarantee EVs make up 100 percent of its vehicle deals in the country by 2035.

 

Japan's second-greatest vehicle producer has lingered behind European and U.S. contenders, for example, General Engines and Volkswagen in sloping up EV deals.

 

Furthermore, confronted with expanding contest from Chinese EV producers, Honda and rival Nissan Engine said in the previous month they were thinking about an alliance on key parts and programming. Honda in January revealed its "Honda 0 Series" EVs and two idea models at the trade show in Las Vegas.
