Mahindra partners with Anduril to develop Autonomous Maritime Systems

The Mahindra Group on Feb 19th stated that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Andril Industries. The collaboration will focus mainly on AI-driven counter-unmanned aerial system solutions, next-gen command and control software & autonomous maritime systems that is aimed at improving regional security & operational capabilities.

This partnership seeks for developing modular autonomous underwater vehicles that are designed for security, surveillance, reconnaissance as well as survey operations. These autonomous underwater vehicles will provide rapid deployment capabilities, accelerating underwater operational efficiency.

Speaking on the partnership Vinod Sahay, Group Executive Board Member, Mahindra Group said, “Partnering with Anduril Industries marks a significant milestone in Mahindra Group’s commitment to developing advanced security and autonomous technologies. This collaboration combines our deep engineering expertise with Anduril’s innovative solutions to deliver cutting-edge capabilities that enhance security and address emerging threats.”
